Our housing programs

The Bloom Group provides a range of housing options designed to meet people where they are in their journey toward stability and independence. Our housing programs serve individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or living with mental health challenges.

We believe that safe, affordable housing is a fundamental human right and the foundation for health, well-being, and community connection. Our approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and focused on supporting each resident’s unique goals and needs.

Our approach

We provide more than just a roof over someone’s head. Our housing programs include wraparound supports such as case management, life skills training, mental health support, and connections to community resources.

Each resident works with our team to develop a personalized support plan that reflects their goals.
